2. User Consent

a. How We Obtain Consent

When you submit personal data for completing a transaction (e.g., order placement, credit card verification, delivery setup), we treat this as your consent to collect and use that data.

If we require your data for purposes beyond the original transaction—such as marketing—we will seek explicit permission.

b. Withdrawing Consent

6. International Data Transfers

Your data may be accessed or processed by team members or partners located in countries with different data protection laws. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to such cross-border transfers, even where protections may differ from your home country.

7. Data Security

While no system is 100% secure, we implement robust security practices—including encrypted connections, SSL technology, and access controls—to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee full immunity against unauthorized access, and we are committed to acting swiftly in the event of any breach.

8. Affiliates and Business Operations

We may share your data with affiliated organizations involved in service delivery or operational support. All such entities are required to follow our privacy standards.

11. Data Protection Measures

All sensitive information is processed over secure connections and transmitted via trusted gateways. We do not retain payment details after a transaction is complete.

Note: While we maintain rigorous security, users should also take measures to protect their devices and data.

Refunds/Cancellations

Refund and Cancellation Policy

To access any services, products, or programs offered by RAAS Educational and Management Services Private Limited, you must have an active internet connection and a valid payment method. All payments are processed through integrated third-party payment gateways. RAAS Academy does not store or retain any sensitive payment information during transactions.

Before making a payment, users must agree to the terms and conditions of third-party services like PayPal, PAYTM, RazorPay, etc. RAAS Academy is not responsible for any data loss or issues caused by these external service providers. You are expected to complete payments through the options available on your selected platform.

What does your acceptance signify?

By using our website, registering for an account, or purchasing any services, you acknowledge and accept our Refund Policy.

Refund and Cancellation Guidelines

Refund requests will not be considered valid under the following circumstances:

  1. If more than 7 days have passed since enrollment and the user has not contacted RAAS Academy during the trial period.

  2. If the user has opted for a student loan or EMI plan facilitated by RAAS Academy and the application has been approved at the time of refund request.
Note: Once approved, neither refunds nor loan cancellations are permitted. This also nullifies the 7-day refund eligibility.

  3. If the user breaches any of the terms and conditions listed on the RAAS Academy website and subsequently exits the program.

  4. Sharing of login credentials without formal approval from RAAS Academy may lead to penalties or course expulsion.

  5. If the user has provided false, misleading, or unlawfully acquired documentation, RAAS Academy reserves the right to permanently revoke course access.

  6. Failure to submit required enrollment documents even after three reminders may lead to suspension of access to the LMS platform.

  7. If a user enrolls but fails to attend at least 70% of the trial phase classes within the initial 7 days of registration.

Refund Process

All refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. For instance, payments made via credit card will be refunded back to the same card within 5–7 business days. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to initiate a refund.

If you're experiencing delays or issues with your refund:

  • First, reach out to your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to reflect.

  • Then contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you have completed all the above steps and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at: contact@raasacademy.com

For cancellations, kindly email us at: contact@raasacademy.com
